About Nodespell

Built from production experience

Nodespell turns AI generation into production workflows teams can inspect, repeat, revise, and deliver.

Prompt tools are not enough for real production work.

AI becomes useful in production when a team can understand how a result was made, change one part of the process, compare versions, and hand it off without losing the logic behind it.

Nodespell exists because creative teams need more than a generator. They need a workflow layer for AI work: a place to connect models, references, assets, notes, versions, and approvals into a process that can survive real production pressure.

Chuang Niu, the founder of Nodespell, spent 15 years working across film, TV, games, visual effects, and real-time media. His background spans FX, lighting, effects technical direction, real-time workflows, and production systems at studios including DNEG, MPC, Industrial Light & Magic, Base FX, Oriental DreamWorks, and Tencent TiMi.

That experience shapes the product. Nodespell treats AI as part of a production pipeline: graph-based, inspectable, reusable, and built for retakes, revisions, and delivery.

Nodespell is built in London, UK, with a production culture shaped by international film, VFX, and commercial work.

The product belief

AI production needs a workflow layer

The creative bar is rising, but most AI tools still treat each result as a one-off. Nodespell is designed around repeatability, transparency, and professional creative control.

Production is workflow-heavy

A serious result is not one prompt. It is references, versions, notes, branches, approvals, and handoff.

Control matters

Artists and operators need to see what changed, rerun specific steps, and preserve the state behind every approved output.

AI needs production context

Model output becomes useful when it lives inside a repeatable pipeline with review, versioning, and asset structure.

Build a workflow you can explain

Nodespell is for producers, directors, post supervisors, VFX artists, editors, creative technologists, agencies, boutique studios, and solo operators who need AI workflows to become repeatable production systems.
