P Image Upscale is a utility node for enlarging an existing image. It exposes upscale mode, target, factor, enhance realism, enhance details, output format, output quality, and safety control.

Use it after the composition is final. It is designed for enhancement, not semantic editing.

Target Megapixels

Number

Target output resolution in megapixels. Used when Upscale Mode is Target MP.

Default: 4

Scale Factor

Number

Scale factor applied to each image side. Output is still capped at 8 MP.

Default: 2

Enhance Realism

Boolean

Improve realism. May deviate more from the original image.

Default: false

Enhance Details

Boolean

Enhance fine textures and small details. May increase contrast or introduce minor deviations.

Default: false

Output Format

String

File format for the upscaled image.

Default: jpg

Output Quality

Number

Compression quality from 0 to 100. Not used for PNG outputs.

Default: 80

Disable Safety Checker

Boolean

Disable safety checking for the output image.
